DECREE
Now,___________________,
20____, upon consideration of the annexed Petition, it is hereby ORDERED
and DECREED that Jane R. Dunn is discharged as Administratrix of the Estate
of Joseph B. Dunn, Deceased, and that Jane R. Dunn and Faithful Bonding
Company are released from all future liability on the bond given by them
on her appointment as Administratrix.

PETITION
The Petition of Jane R. Dunn respectfully states that:

Petitioner was appointed Administratrix of the Estate of Joseph B. Dunn, Deceased by the Register of Wills of Philadelphia County on June 30, 1998, as File No. 51-98-A0444. | |

2.

Petitioner filed her First and Final Account on September 30, 1999, and it was confirmed nisi by Adjudication of Jones, J., dated December 6, 1999, which Adjudication has since become absolute. | |
|
3.
|
|
The entire estate has been distributed to the creditors and the parties entitled thereto, and no other property belonging to the estate has been received by Petitioner or remains to be accounted for by Petitioner. | |

4.
|
|
Faithful Bonding Company is surety on Petitioner's bond as Administratrix in the amount of $100,000. | |
|
5.
|
Attached hereto are Satisfactions of Award and Consents to discharge of Petitioner as Administratrix signed by all parties in interest, and a Consent of the surety to the Petitioner's discharge. | ||
Wherefore,
Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court discharge her as Administratrix
and release her and her surety from all future liability on the bond given
by them.

The
undersigned surety hereby consents to the discharge of Jane R. Dunn as
Administratrix of the Estate of Joseph B. Dunn, Deceased and to the release
